Shipping
Cost of items shipped within Canada range from $10-$15 CDN depending on amount
and weight of purchase; United Stated is $10-$15 USD; Europe is 10-15 Euros;
United Kingdom is 10-15 British Pounds; Australia is 10-15 Australian Dollars;
and Japan is between 1,000-1,500 Yen. The cost of shipping to all other
countries will be determined by the choice of currency when purchasing an item.

Delivery
If you have a rush order, please call or e-mail us so that we may determine if we will be able to meet your deadline. International orders and any merchandise not readily available in inventory may take 4-6 weeks. Any special instructions must be clearly indicated on the order.
Taxes & Duties:
Canadian orders will include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes at checkout.
Taxes on orders shipped to the U.S. and other International locations:
As kavikavi.com does not charge Canadian taxes on any US and International orders, these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your shipment arrives in your country. Kavikavi.com is not responsible for any such additional charges. Please contact your country's customs office to find out about their policies.

Refund Policy
Kavikavi.com does not offer any refund, however, we will gladly exchange any garments that are unworn, all labels intact and in proper resalable condition, within 30 days of receiving the products. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase or no exchange will be issued. Kavikavi.com can also issue an online store credit instead of an exchange of equal value to your return which can be used to purchase any items from kavikavi.com of equal value or put towards an item of greater value. The online store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Receipts must accompany an exchange or a return and all conditions above must be met in order for kavikavi.com to accept the exchange or issue an online store credit.
Kavikavi.com will replace or repair at no charge any item that is flawed or imperfect unless the goods have been sold as, irregulars, or imperfects.
*Please note that for hygienic reasons, kavikavi.com will be unable to offer an exchange or Online store credit on any Swimwear.
How to Exchange a Purchase:
Please mail us the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original receipt and the item (s) you wish to exchange or have a kavikavi.com Online shopping credit issued for. All returns should be sent to
